Sir,

            I with the greatest respect beg leave to address you having heard that Government allows land to Pensioners from Chelsea who is desires of going. Hope you will be Benevolent as to send me directions where I am to apply in order that I may go and take my family with me; there is no perti[cular] place that I care about therefore I entirely leave to those who are appointed to send where the think proper. Your compliance with the above will greatly oblidge.
