Having been informed that a Mr. CLARK, residing in the Commercial Road, was approved of to take out thirty families to the Cape of Good Hope, and is taking £10-0-0 as a deposit of each family, the intention of this is to ask your Lordship to inform me whether the said Mr. CLARK has been accepted, as several wish to join his party
