            The humble petition of Jeremiah HIGGINBOTTOM. Having served in His Majesty’s 102^nd Regt of Foot 18 years in New South Wales commanded by Lt Gen. GROSE, having left two children in that country would wish to go with wife and 1 child if your Lordship pleases to grant me that indulgence wich I am Pensioner at 1p per day from Chelsea Colledge
