My Lord,
Having a desire to emigrate to the Cape of Good Hope I have taken the liberty of applying to your Lordship for the necessary instructions as to the way how to obtain that priviledge. I am 30 years of age has a wife and two children the oldest 9 years old, have been brought up to the farming bussiness untill within this four years where I have been in the neighbourhood of London in the gardening line and now reside at No.1 Nursery Place nr the new Bedlam? Street, St.Georges Fields.
