Honorable Sir,
I humbly beg to know the terms and conditions respecting such persons as may be appointed by Government to colonise the settlement at the Cape of Good Hope. It is at the request of my son, a single man aged 36, robust and healthy, with several others that seem to have the same inclination. I was informed at the office that application made to you Sir would receive a suitable answer
