By the request of several persons in this town have written to you on the subject of emigration to the Cape.
What privilege to emigrants when arrived
Whether mechanics may emigrate
What age addmitted of persons who emigrate
Whether emigrants go free of all expence
Whether emigrants are permitted to return from the Cape to England if they are so disposed
An answer to these enquiries and any other information relative thereunto will much oblige
