Will filed with the Parochial Court of Canterbury lists John as having owned property in Peckham (Surrey) and having the sons : John, Joseph, Samuel, Thomas; a wife Ann; and daughters Ann Provest and Mary Pullen, a son-in-law James Provest, and a grandchildren Thomas Pullen (son of Thomas) and James Provest (son of Ann and James Provest). The will was dated 1 Jan 1808 and proved in London 4 Mar 1809 by Anne Pullen and Joseph Pullen, the executors. Ann Pullen's will, dated 17 Aug 1812 and proved 10 July 1815, mentions her two eldest sons, John and Joseph, sons Samuel and Thomas, and daughters Mary and Ann Provest. The son Thomas mentioned in both of these wills would seem to be the Thomas Pullen who married Dorothy Carter. John married Ann Parrat on 23 Oct 1739 in London, England. (Question the date?
