Other Information	Known to be in the Albany district on the 10th March 1823, as he signed the Memorial from the Settlers in the District of Albany, Cape of Good Hope, to Earl Bathurst. ref: Theale, G M : Records of the Cape Colony, vol 15 page 305. On NAAIRS there are a lot of records for a John Marshall who had a case against a Captain Hope. Same John?
