Notes |
- She was their adopted daughter according to Sarah Jane's death notice and she was still a minor at the time of her mothers death. She is not mentioned on John Pratt's death notice 3 years later. No further details are known about her
A marriage application was made in Grahamstown on 19.10.1826 between Thomas CROFS and Sarah Bowers, were they perhaps her relatives? The names Crofs and Rofs are so similar.
