  Ann Manley Ann Manley, born on 8 September 1815 was baptized at St. Michael's in Coppenhall, Crew, Cheshire on 8 October 1815. She died at the age of 71 years, 11 months, on 9 August 1887 in Grahamstown, Eastern Cape, South Africa. Ann's death notice named all eight of her children stating they were adults: Sarah Elizabeth married to Wright; Catherine Ann married to Brink; Milicent Dell married to Keaton; Anne Manley married to Ford; George Thomas Palmer; Jarvid Reckless Palmer; Thomas William Palmer; & John Benjamin Palmer.
